Who we are

• EFI is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Zealand’s largest electricity generator, Meridian Energy Limited, which supplies more than 30% of New Zealand’s electricity needs.
• EFI was established in 2000 (as Meridian Solutions, then re-branded to Energy for Industry in 2004).
• We have assets and Asset Managers located throughout the country on customer sites, as well as an engineering team based in Wellington.
• Since EFI began, we’ve won an award for almost every project we’ve worked on.
